TESTING PROCESS

The Motion Watch testing process is very quick and extremely simple. A trained instructor will have you perform a set of exercises while a technician records this data through the motion capture software. Each test only takes approximately 15 minutes!

What to wear

We recommend wearing non-baggy dark or plain white t-shirts, shorts, and tennis shoes.

Please do not wear anything green as it can create some issues with the capture software.

What to expect

A trained Motion Watch instructor will have you perform a set of 19 exercises, known as our "FMA." Each of the exercises is short and easy to perform, and we will never have you do anything outside of you comfort zone. Please watch the video below for an example of some of the exercises.
